TLM has been providing vegetation management services for over twenty-five years.
In striving for excellence and to set ourselves apart, we have also built custom software and a Field APP to provide instant reporting and archival data for the services that we provide. Our exclusive TLM APP enables our field staff to capture pictures, mapping, and environmental conditions on site, syncing to our server and custom database, creating detailed invoicing and providing access to our clients.
Within the vegetation management services we consider ourselves to be forerunners in site assessments, planning, herbicide application and mechanical control within the oil and gas sector, industrial sites, acreages, municipalities, and reclamation projects.
At TLM we strive to work hand in hand in a partnership with stakeholders to minimize invasive plant growth and encourage desirable vegetation. TLM has built a team of individuals committed to a strong work ethic, adhering to the highest safety standards, and providing an outstanding level of service.
A strong safety program that protects its staff, its property, the public and the environment from incidents. Employees at every level are responsible for the company’s overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone (management, supervisors, workers, contractors and visitors), every day, in every job, is necessary for the safety excellence the company expects. Management supports coordination of safety amongst all workers on the job site.
Management requires participation in the program by all employees and will provide proper equipment, training and leadership to allow all employees to work safely, and whenever possible, contribute to improving overall safety at the worksite. Employees are expected to be familiar with, and comply with, all applicable legislation, governmental laws and regulations, and the UPITFOS (Upstream Petroleum Industry Task Force on Safety) Guiding Principles for Worker Safety.
